Only In The Country

Last night my neighbor had a few gals over to watch the Oscars. Between savaging the red carpet fashions and lamenting the absence of good-looking Hollywood men, we were catching up on the happenings at our respective outposts.

Only at an Oscars party in the country could you hear the following:

Well, I jacked-off the dog last week because the artifical vagina was back-ordered. Wasn't fun. I've done lots of horses. They're easy. This was a disaster.
Our local veternarian is trying to breed her Alaskan Malamutes.

Dr. B made Chris Rock sound like a Benedictine monk.

Thanks, Tiff, for having us all over.

I've got another post up over at the MAWB Squad as well.

Hi Cathy,

It's Jen, from the other night at Tiff's. I was going to ask how to access your blog the other night, but forgot...and then remembered to ask Tiff about it today.

I'm so glad I did ask her. I love the latest posting. It's still absolutely hilarious. Had a great time!

Talk to you later- JEN

So, which one of them had the cigarette afterwards?

Sort of takes the concept of "practicing safe sex" to a whole 'nuther level, doesn't it? Hope she used a rubber glove...I really do believe you folks have "way too much" Winter up there...
BTW- Where does one go about ordering an "artificial vagina"? I've never seen one at Petco.

Hi Jen! Thanks for stopping by. Fun night, wasn't it?

Gary - I'll enquire if you're interested. ;-)

Hello, Aelfheld! I think they both needed a smoke after that episode.

Oh. My. God.

I am so glad I read this after my kids were all in bed, because I would not want to have to explain why I am laughing at the computer.

This is vaguely reminiscent of that South Park episode where the kids were all "milking" the local dogs..."red rocket! red rocket!" Yikes!

LOL! Well, you definitely don't hear that too often.

My dogs want to know if you have any pictures.

doggone it, that's unusual dinner conversation.

beats corporate-speak, though.

I mean it's better.

whatever.
