Can you believe my mom doesn't like this dog? How could anyone not love that face? Mom thinks she looks 'sneaky.'

Of COURSE she's sneaky. She's a DOG! That is an admirable trait in a canine. It is how they survive. I'll wager she's only sneaky when it comes to a nice piece of ham, or a discreet leak, though.

I like her.

You're right about the discreet leak; poor girl is incontinent and whenever she gets up from her mattress, she tries to pretend that the wet spot left behind wasn't her fault.
