Here is what a Crazyweiler looks like. Avoid them at all costs. They'll drive you, well, crazy.

Nice Doggie. Can't see his eyes on my screen, though.

As for the problem with his second tail - scissors. Clip off the dangling parts as they emerge. Safer for him and less yucky for you.

Actually, the greenery is from a Christmas wreath which my in-laws had hanging on their front porch railing. The Crazyweiler systematically destroyed it. It was a very Merry Christmas!
